To help ensure a prompt admission, you should have the following information available for the admission receptionist: personal identification, insurance card(s), Medicaid or Medicare cards, and any special insurance information you may have.

Your admission receptionist will complete the necessary paperwork and answer any questions you may have regarding financial requirements, insurance processing, etc.

To help ensure a prompt outpatient registration, you should have the following information available for the registrar either at the time of pre-registration or when you present to the hospital or clinic for services:
personal identification, insurance card(s), Medicaid or Medicare cards, and most importantly, an order signed by the physician for the test you are having. The registration specialist will answer any questions you have when you present for the test.
